Bio of Janece Valentine
Growing up on a dairy and grain farm in Northwest Iowa, Attorney Janece Valentine learned the value of hard work, patience, and treating all people fairly.
Upon finishing law school, Janece started her practice in Fort Dodge, IA by associating with other attorneys who practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury.
She discovered the gratification of helping injured people despite the stonewalling tactics used by insurance companies.
Specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury law to help the underdog is right for her.
As such, our firm opened its doors in 1998 to continue serving injured workers and Iowans.
Janece speaks on the topics of workers’ compensation and personal injury law regularly to many groups.

Janece has been elected by her peers as president of the Iowa Association for Justice (formerly the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association) and president of the Iowa Association of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Inc.
She was appointed by the governor to serve 9 years on the Iowa Board of Medicine.
Janece serves on the Webster County Civil Service Commission and the Fort Dodge Civil Service Commission. Janece is also a backup accompanist for the Sonshine Singers.
